The view of Hook Head Lighthouse from Dunmore East. I've wanted to catch this popular view of what is in my opinion Ireland's best lighthouse or at least up with the likes of Fanad. I'll be returning to this view when conditions are perfect for a moonrise - and if I'm willing to drive down 😅

An insane looking shelf cloud approaching Clontarf and over Dublin Bay on this day last year. This was from thunderstorms over Wales which lost all their oomph once arrived here passing over the cool Irish Sea so it was just rain.

I was out for moonrise and was anxious over these storms ruining it. But May 2025 kept on giving and we got both the moonrise as well as this deadly cloud. There was a moody sunset as well.
