DC 27-7-24 Farmers Take Advantage of Weekends Good Weather, Cork, Ireland.

With the warm and dry weather forecast for the week ahead farmers all over the country are taking the opportunity to get work done. Pictured is a farmer in Killcully, Cork cutting his silage, Many farmers will work through the night while the weather stays good to ensure they get all the sileage cut and gathered.

We’re delighted to show off our new logo, I figured we needed a bit of a fresh look that better reflects the evolution of Damian Coleman Visual Solutions.

Our business has grown and transformed in amazing ways since our original logo was created back in 2017 when I was in Cork College of FET - Douglas Street Campus.

I thought it was time for a redesign to better represent our brand and the services we now offer.

Cork, Ireland, 23rd June 2024.
DC 23-6-24 Bonfire Night Rages on Throughout the Northside with Warm Weather, Cork, Ireland.

Its that time of year again where Cork City Fire Brigade is inundated with calls on one the busiest nights of their year. The event has roots in old pagan traditions where fires are lit to welcome the summer and say goodbye to the spring but the event has drawn controversy over the years as it draws quite a bit of antisocial behaviors and many use it as a night to burn rubbish bellowing pollution into the air. Cork City Council has held 'Non-Fires' over the past few years which bring communities together to celebrate without the fire. It has been a great success in bringing down the amount of fires but some pockets still exist. Pictured are some of these fires in Ballyvolane, Mayfield and the Glen. Over the last number of years the illegal fires were few and far between due to heavy rains, this is the first year in a number of years that the weather has been warm and dry.

Gentle reminder to all sitting their exams this week. Their my results in the picture. I've never used them for anything else to get where I am, I was disappointed in my results but 7 years later I have a Bachelors Degree, have worked in my dream job for 7 years and now own my own company. There's always another route to get where you want so don't stress out to much!
