"I look happy, made up and care free but I left my last stent in a phyciatric unit in October. after I had regular after care along with a everyday routine but with lockdown during this pandemic, have had only minimal over the phone contact from my phyc team which has been very difficult and no routine to keep me busy. Everyday lately has been a struggle to keep in the recovery stage. People are now suffering with mental health issues who have never suffered previously and people should be kind and compassionate towards others as nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors... or shut windows!"
