It's near the top of the Vee and you drive over this bridge everytime you go "over the Vee'.

Shooting the full moon is difficult enough as the contrast between bright moon and dark sky confuses the camera.
Also it is very far away and moving - so a tripod, long lens and a bit of meter experimenting is needed.
Also playing with contrast and texture settings afterwards improves your photo a lot.
