Tank and Skinnys is in a handy location away from the hustle of Sligo town traffic 🚗💨, which makes it a less stressful place to visit. The sit‑in area is spacious 🪑, with takeaway options available 🥡, and the parking area behind the premises 🅿️ is definitely a positive.

Unfortunately, the experience itself was mixed 😕. They use a QR scanner–based ordering system 📱➡️🌐, which sounds convenient, but it didn’t function properly during our visit. We had to order directly at the counter, and we also noticed several orders being mixed up 🔄, which suggested this wasn’t an isolated issue.

There were also issues with the food 🍽️. I ordered the Bang Bang Chicken 🌶️, which was flavourful 😋 but very light on chicken and mostly fries 🍟, which was disappointing. On the positive side ✅, my wife had the soup 🍲, which she really enjoyed. We also shared Parmesan cheese fries with garlic aioli 🧀🧄, which were good, and the latte and mocha ☕️☕️ were both lovely.

Overall, there are some strong points 👍, but order accuracy, food consistency, and the online ordering system ⚙️ all need improvement. With better attention to these areas, the experience could be much better.
