Some photos from the Viking Festival at Slane Castle last weekend. A wonderful two days getting to experience re-enactments of battles and the wonderful hand crafted items. If you havent gone to one of these events I'd highly reccommend going.

What a brilliant day at Balmoral Show. Been a good few years from I was last there but oddly felt like I hadn't missed a year. Brought one of my best mates along so he could experience the show, needless to say there was plenty of craic and great laughs throughout the day. Felt great being back at the ringside for a horse show, starting to get that itch for the shows again 😁 gonna have fun editing these but they'll have to wait for another adventure calls for the weekend, keep an eye on the page tomorrow to see what sails this way.

Wandering through the fields on a glorious sunny evening, and tried something a bit arty with the dandelion seed head and the setting sun. Might be something to try a bit more going forward. Let me know your thoughts.

The Church of Ireland Bailieborough Co. Cavan, on a cold frosty morning.

Built in 1835 to replace the old church which was originally built in the 17th century. The church was consecrated in 1843 and is a prominent feature at the bottom of the main street.

Been a bit since I was last out photographing anything, between a combination of work and a lack of motivation to go out with the camera, but that's gonna change over the next few months. I'm determined to get back out and get shooting again.
