There is something so exciting about arriving in a place for the first time . Just arrived in Istanbul, looking to explore this incredible city over the next few days then heading off on a photography tour to explore some of the towns and historical sites, for 2 weeks.
And a rainbow revealed itself this morning on the way into town !

I visited the Dieng Plateau recently in Central Java . The landscapes in this area are truly spectacular and I think these drone shots show the layout of the villages, the mosques, rice fields and farms . Food, Faith and Family .

Proud to announce the heart and soul Bali photography workshop with Suki and Nyoman in December this year . For many of those who have come on Bali photography tours with Nyoman or myself, this is an opportunity to dig much deeper into Bali culture over 8 days and see a natural side to Bali that very few visitors get to experience. And an opportunity to tap into a combination of a 120 years of photography experience between Suki, Nyoman and myself . A Kiwi, Argentinian, Balinese combination! It will also definitely be a lot of fun !

Muntigunung is a series of villages in Bali’s north. For those trying to find ways to give back and support Balinese people this is an inspiring story.

Join photography/travel writing couple David Metcalf and Stephanie Brookes for an evening of film, photography and their personal intriguing travel tales of meeting 3 different sea gypsy tribes in Sulawesi, East Kalimantan and the Maluku Sea.

A BBC award-winning 45 minute film will be screened, plus David Metcalf’s stunning drone images of the stilted traditional villages, the stunning landscapes, and beautifully presented portrait photography of this fascinating tribe.
