This is Nicole, a cyclical living and women’s health specialist, a woman who has been quietly tending something sacred in herself for years. We met at golden hour on the San Juan Island shores and spent an evening letting the light do what light does when you stop performing for it and simply exist.

The way you treat yourself is the way the world treats you ♾️

I have been living this so deeply lately, not as a concept but as the actual texture of my days. The slow mornings in heart coherence and rose garden at sunrise. The nourishing food and movement that feels like joy instead of obligation. The devotion to my own becoming as a priestess, as a guide, as a woman who is choosing herself fully and without apology 🕊️

This is not indulgence. This is the work 🔥

When you treat yourself as sacred, something in the whole field reorganizes. Your relationships, career, and energy shifts. The world genuinely begins to meet you at the standard you are actually living, not the life you are aspiring to but the one you are embodying right now, in the quiet choices no one sees.

What I have learned so deeply as a mentor and guide is you do not teach what you know. You teach what you are 🌹

So I am over here being it. Tending my garden and myself with more play, devotion, and aliveness than I ever thought possible.
