Meet Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen, a temple which has the biggest Buddha statue. 69 meter tall and 40 meter lap Buddha statue which entirely made from bronze.
🚶♀How to get here:
1⃣ Our favorite is using MRT to Tha Phra station. From here, you can stay at the station first to see the big Buddha statue. Then you can continue to walk to the temple, it's short walk around 10 minutes. Just make sure you turn on the Google maps and umbrella or hat if you cannot stand the heat of Bangkok.
2⃣ You could also take the rent boat from below Taksin bridge, or BTS Taksin. How much we not sure, just make sure you negotiate if you feel too expensive. Honestly, view from the boat would be more spectacular. Coz you'll be cruising along the canal.
3⃣ Or the most easiest way, taxi or Grab. Go direct to the temple.
Beside the big Buddha statue, you could also enter the temple and see another majestic thing inside.And there's no entrance fee, aka free. Just make sure you wear proper dress when entering the temple area.
