INDIAN WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO AT SAMABE BALI

What a weekend we had documenting an epic 3-day Indian wedding celebration at Samabe Bali.

When the planning for this event started, the parents were clear about one thing: they did not want a venue in Nusa Dua. They were trying to avoid the typical, cookie-cutter mega-resort feel that the area is known for. But Faisal of Vara Wedding pulled a wildcard out of his pocket and told them they just had to see Samabe.

Yes, it is technically in Nusa Dua, but it feels like an entirely different world. Instead of crowded lobbies and massive shared spaces, Samabe offers a completely secluded clifftop experience. With its sweeping 180-degree ocean views, dramatic cliffside grounds, and a private stretch of pristine white sand beach, it feels like a hidden coastal sanctuary. It has the scale needed for a large event, but the privacy of an exclusive estate.

This was the first time our photo and video team shot a wedding at Samabe Bali, and I can honestly say it is already one of our absolute favorite venues on the island. The natural light and the unique landscape gave us so much room to capture the story exactly as it unfolded.

DESTINATION INDIAN WEDDING SAME DAY EDIT

We just wrapped an unbelievable celebration at the Sofitel Nusa Dua, and we are so excited to share this Same Day Edit.

What happens when both the bride AND the groom decide to have their own Baraat? Pure, unmatched energy!

Despite the extreme heat, the weather was absolutely beautiful, giving us the perfect natural light for a stunning ceremony. The couple went all out with a fresh flower shower that looked absolutely incredible.

The flower only haldi followed by a flower shower was a great twist on day 2 and the energy only escalated with a massive firework display after the Sangeet performances.

Then came the after-party... which somehow featured a dinosaur and a gorilla crashing the dance floor! You really just have to watch the edit to believe it.

SIKH WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY | HILTON NUSA DUA

Reading this message from our couple after their Sikh wedding at the Hilton Bali last week reminded me exactly why we love doing this. Documenting a multi-day Indian destination wedding requires a massive amount of coordination from our entire crew on the ground, but our biggest priority is always making sure the couple feels completely comfortable.

My goal for the team is to make the process easy so the couple can actually be present and enjoy their day, rather than feeling like they are constantly posing on a film set. Knowing that we not only delivered the photos and video experience on the day, but also built that level of trust, means everything to us.
