Where the Sea Keeps Secrets:

She sat where earth
forgot where it ended
and the ocean began,

bare skin beneath the silence,
salt lingering in the air,
her thoughts somewhere beyond
the reach of the tide.

The sea said nothing.
Neither did she.

Some moments
aren’t meant to be held,
only felt,
then left behind
like footprints
beneath the water.
