I truly understand that first medical care is the most important thing, which is why it is the first thing I must do and maintain for years to come.
It is no longer just about having a proportional body shape. This is not easy, even though anyone can do it, but without commitment, consistency and strong determination, it will be difficult to achieve.
I have been working on this since last year, and it has had some impact on my body, but it is certainly a mission that seems almost impossible. Logically speaking, how can I minimise the stigma of lifelong hypothyroidism treatment within a two-year target from now, at least to achieve stable hormone levels? It seems impossible, but it is a tangible step.
It’s not just about making fitness and gym a routine, but about adopting a healthy lifestyle and following a special diet, such as limiting flour intake, which I do every day. It turns out that it can also change my appetite. But I still do it even if it eventually succeeds. Not for an announcement, but as a reminder to myself every second. That this is for my own good.
So thank you to the Almighty for all the food from previous years that looked delicious.
Now I have to be selective, even if it's my favourite brownies and my favourite yogurt.
