Probably one of my favorite critters lurking on the sandy bottoms of the Lembeh Strait: the Common Blue Ring Octopus.

One bite of this tiny octopus can kill 26 grown up men! Thankfully, its pacific behaviour doesn't make it a real threat... while it remains undisturbed..!

Keep Lembeh Weird!

Some pictures of the many weird critters calling this unique Strait home. This small island located in the north of North Sulawesi in Indonesia is ran throught a current coming from the north, but the many small bays and cracks in the island offer a safe refuge for a lot of smaller animals, such a seahorses, nudibranchs and unique frogfish.

The beautiful corals of the Mediterranean Sea! I hear way too many times that the Med is dead and it is not worth diving over there... Well I love it! The colors are truly impressive, and the protected areas, the fish life is abundant and varied, and the macro life is suprisingly stunning! All these pictures were taken in El Cap de Creus, the eastern most tip of Spain.

"Florida Sharks"

In the past month, I got lucky enough to spend 2 weeks in the Florida, aka the "Sunshine State". Of course, I had to jump in the water, as I have been hearing for year about the shark population in the area. We went several days, and got lucky to loads of Sandbar Sharks (which were a new shark for me) and Lemon Sharks. On a dive we got blessed by 3 Silkys, saw several Bull Sharks (althought they stayed deep), 2 Nurse Sharks, and a glimpse of a Hammerhead, hunting a small fish on the surface. Overall a pretty epic experience!
