Azt gondolnád, hogy csak a kattintásokról, de nem!
A lovas versenyfotózásnál elengedhetetlen a ló mint állatfaj ismerete. Ezenkívül tudni kell a versenyszám pálya vezetését és tökéletes időzítés kell a legjobb pillanat lefotózásához miközben teljesen tudatában vagy a környeztetettel és törekszel rá, hogy lehető legjobb háttér legyen a téma mögött figyelembe véve a nap irányát. Eközben a homokos pályán állsz a nyári hőségben koncentrálva a ló és lovasra. 🐎
De a legfontosabb az érzés visszaadása❤ és versenyen kívül még ott vannak azok a meghitt pillanatok is amikor azt hinnéd nem is figyelnek és akkor készülnek a legőszintébb fotók.❤
És kész is vagyunk? Nem!
Hazaérve utána jön a képek leválogatása és az ütőmunka. Ez a háttér munka tölti ki a folyamat nagyobbik részét.💻
De külön öröm amikor egy különleges emléket adhatok a másiknak. Egy olyan pillanatot ami soha többé nem tér vissza és akkor is ott lesz amikor már nem lesz ott melletted a kedvenc lovad.

What is equestrian competition photography really about? 🤔📷
You might think it’s all about pressing the shutter — but it’s so much more than that!
Equestrian competition photography requires a deep understanding of horses and their behaviour. You also need to know the course and understand how the competition unfolds, while having perfect timing to capture the very best moments.
At the same time, you have to be fully aware of your surroundings and constantly look for the best possible background for your subject, taking the direction of the sun and the available light into consideration.
And all of this while standing on a sandy arena in the summer heat, completely focused on the horse and rider. 🐎
But most importantly, it’s about capturing the feeling. ❤️
And beyond the competition itself, there are those intimate little moments when you think nobody is watching — and those are often the moments when the most genuine and heartfelt photographs are created. ❤️
And are we done? Not yet!
Once I get home, the next stage begins: carefully selecting the best images and editing each photograph.
This behind-the-scenes work actually takes up the largest part of the entire process. 💻
But the greatest reward is being able to give someone a truly special memory.
A moment that will never happen again, captured forever in a photograph — a memory that will still be there when your beloved horse is no longer by your side.
