With the occasion of International Women's Day, I'd like to show you a portrait of Maggie Lindholm, the owner of well-known restaurant "Café Rouge" in Helsinki and who seems like a good example of a businesswoman to me.
She is definitely and excellent chef, a good manager and a lovely person and, for what me and my friends saw, she can fluently speak (at least) Finish, English, Italian, French and Arabic.
She can cook, take orders, charge, greet and chat and even pose for a portrait, all without losing her smile.
