Although it's a few days late, I want to express my gratitude to everyone for the heartfelt birthday wishes!
I'd like to take this chance to reminisce about an event from my life exactly a year ago when I was living in India.
In late December 2022, I found myself back in India after nearly a decade spent in Ukraine, where I had built a life for myself. While in India, I was actively engaged in photography, capturing various events and portraits across South India. During this time, an opportunity arose through Arun Mohana Mohana, who approached me to join the production team for an upcoming movie where he was to serve as the cinematographer. They were in search of a still photographer, and I saw this as a rare opportunity not to be missed.
Without hesitating, I submitted my portfolio, recognizing the significance of such a chance. To my delight, they selected me, and within two weeks, I found myself on location in the Thekkady/Kumily Hills, ready to contribute to the project.��It was truly a rare opportunity, and let me assure you, it wasn't without its challenges. The project was incredibly exciting; it wasn't your typical Indian movie but rather envisioned in a modern light with distinct Indian elements infused within. The core team was youthful, dynamic, and truly inspiring.�
While navigating through this new experience in the film industry, I encountered several obstacles and had to overcome numerous hurdles to adapt to its workings, especially since it was my first foray into this realm. Nonetheless, I persevered, refusing to give up. Fast forward one year, and the movie is now set to release on the 15th of March across Kerala. Additionally, there are plans for an online release, which will allow a wider audience to enjoy the film.��I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire production team of the movie, with special appreciation to Director Ullas Chemban and Chembosky Motion Pictures, led by Chemban Vinod Jose and his team.
