✈️ If Shanghai is on your list, add this stop.

HAI550 mall has a matcha spot called Matcha Wang — and yeah, the sheep marshmallow latte is exactly as wild as it looks on your feed. Completely handcrafted per order, which means the line can get out of hand fast.

Here’s how I beat it:

🕙 They open at 10AM — be there at open. It’s not even that early.
📅 Go on a weekday. I pulled up on a Tuesday morning and walked straight to the counter.
🚫 Avoid weekends unless waiting in line is your thing.

The spot is inside a seriously cool shopping district too — packed with Chinese designer brands worth exploring after. Matcha + local fashion is an easy morning.

Save this for when you’re planning the trip. 👇

One thing I’ve learned about China over these last 3 weeks is that they LOVE their photoshoots 📸 …and I’m 👏 HERE 👏 FOR 👏 IT 👏

Honestly love how excited they are about sharing their culture. These traditional Chinese outfits we’re sooooo beautiful, it truly made me feel powerful—they even gave me a sword 🗡️

Definitely need to add this to my Chinese drama acting portfolio. 😂 Thanks for helping me transport back in time with these Hanfu robes, hair and make up ✨
