Pre-Launch Hasami Yaki at elixir
Hasami ware were originally made as vessels for commoner’s everyday lives. It’s simple appearance, traditional dyeing, canna carving, itchin, powdering, etc. are all reflected in the techniques and ingenuity
accumulated over many years of experience and development. At “ SAIKAI”, we have a selection of special vessels that are unique to such production areas.
As pre-launching for the upcoming exhibition, we have collaborated with Hasami Pottery in creating a HOJICHA PUDDING WITH BLACK SUGAR MOCHI, available from Dec 1 - Jan 10.
