Winding back to my 2 days Fujimi drive with my rental GR Yaris from Toyota Rent A Car. (Yes it’s RZ and not the common RS Version with CVT)
Very easy to manoeuvre and easy for speed, but with its strong rally background this is something that you should also drive with respect.
Clutch is properly weighted (was far lighter than my ORC Clutch Fielder), sharp steering and reasonably firm but not harsh stock suspension, this is the car that is so all rounded which you could drive as a commuter but also a track day machine.
Try “taking bones out from the egg”. If you’re asking for something disappointing for the car, I hope the GT-Four system could be a bit less active as this would be fun to let the car carrying more movement before the system kicks in to keep you safe.
And I hope there’s some way to disable the simulated rev sound.
Despite these, this is quite car a nice car for road trips and I recommend all petrolheads should give a try on this.
