我做過很多台上分享，也擔任過課程導師，
但我從不認為自己是擅於表達的人。
不是不願意，是不懂修飾。

攝影是抒發感受的方式 — 光影、視角、顆粒感，
每一張相都在坦誠地曝光了您看待世界的方式。
我不推行「熱愛攝影」。
我只說：謹慎攝影，因為相片會曝露你的靈魂。

也許「社恐」不是不喜歡交流，
而是厭倦了無謂的禮節。
攝影，是內儉的人，不用語言表達自己的方式。

I've spoken on stage. I've taught. But I've never considered myself good at expressing myself.
Not unwilling — just unsure how.
Photography is how I release what I feel. Light, shadow, grain — every image exposes something honest.
I don't tell people to love photography. I tell them: be careful — because a photograph will expose your soul.
Maybe social anxiety isn't about avoiding connection. Maybe it's just exhaustion with meaningless small talk.
Photography is how quiet people speak without words.
