Harris Pastrikos was born in Rhodes, Greece. At young age, he began studying professional photography at Leica academy in Athens, specializing in architectural, interior & food styling photography. Alongside this, he had his first jobs in Athens in fields such as interior photography for major magazines like Vima, Vimagazino, Eu zin, F.A.Q., Athens Voice, LiFo, Epsilon, Maison Decoration and Vogue
. He also collaborated with famous greek chefs like Giannis Mpaksevanis, Stelios Parliaros in the field of Food Styling photography, providing material for use in books, magazines, and restaurant menus. After graduating from Leica Academy, he worked for various hotel groups & magazines and had shootings for many restaurants, cafe bars etc noticeably Atrium Hotels, Grecotel, Sheraton, Porto Galini, Mili Vacation villas and he covered major part of The Golden List magazine.
