Graceful autumn

Autumn is one of the greatest seasons to wander around. Not only because of the sweet temperature but principally because of the variety of colours around. Red, yellow and brown leaves dominate in nature. We found ourselves driving along a twisting road climbing the side of a hill in Peloponnese, left in awe by the beauty of a series of yellow trees as if they were standing there to welcome us. Our aim, though, was not to give a glimpse of the reality, but rather play with the intense colours. This playful intention is captured here in this frame, which, in our eyes, resembles an abstract painting. We hope you like it!

Majestic Red Rocks

The little village of Leonidion, in Arcady, Peloponnese, is widely known for its peculiar rock formations. So known, that it attracts mountaineers, hikers and climbers from outside Greece aiming to conquer the steep sides of its rocks. Every time we visit this place we are, as well, left in awe, by this majestic, steep, red rock leaning above the village. Though it is challenging to capture it in conventional ways, we aimed at experimenting with our drone. The result is exactly what we aimed for! We hope you like it as well.

Misty plateau

One of our favourite activities, in search of landscapes to photograph, is climbing in higher altitudes. So far, we have experienced nature in several different mountains across Greece, but, usually, the higher you climb, the stronger the possibility of encounter with unusual circumstances that can render a more dramatic and mystique frame. Such were the foggy tops of the mountain leading to the village of Kosmas, in Arcady, Peloponnese. Just outside the chestnut forest, this amazing plateau has been swamped up in mist, making the scenery incredibly mysterious. Time standing still

Time stands still for this tree, having broken down, probably from strong winds or heavy snow. This natural park outside Pisa has been a bliss during a warm and humid summer day. So much nature to enjoy, and so much reality to capture. A lot of trees have been bent or broken in this pine tree forest, serving us with a photography challenge. We hope you like this click !
