To***co drying frame in the countryside 🌿

This simple structure will become a to***co drying rack in summer.
After the harvest, the to***co leaves are hung here and slowly dry in the warm air under the open sky — a tradition that has been part of rural life for generations.

Quiet fields now… busy again when summer comes.

Authentic Greek comfort food 🇬🇷

Nothing fancy — just a traditional bowl of fasoulada (Greek bean soup) with carrots and herbs, served with fresh onions, spicy peppers, olives and rustic bread.
And of course a small glass of tsipouro to complete the moment.

Simple, honest and full of Greek tradition.

No, this isn’t London — it’s a quiet morning in Alonia, Pieria.

Fog drifting over the fields, soft golden light, and the village slowly waking up… captured today from my balcony.
