The entire Mount Mary College of Education community is deeply saddened by the sudden demise of Irene.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends, colleagues and the entire college community during this difficult moment.

May her gentle soul rest peacefully with her Maker until we meet again.

Grief doesn’t always come with words, tears, or a funeral.

Sometimes, it’s an animal standing beside a companion that will never get up again. A quiet moment of confusion. A familiar presence suddenly gone.

They may not understand death the way we do, but many animals form deep bonds, recognize absence, and show signs of distress when someone they’ve grown attached to disappears.

There’s something heartbreaking about that kind of silence.

No explanation. No goodbye. Just a world that suddenly feels different because someone is missing.

And maybe that’s something we humans often forget.

Love isn’t always spoken. Attachment isn’t always visible. And grief doesn’t belong to us alone.

Sometimes, the deepest sadness is simply looking for someone who will never come back.

RECOGNITION, RESPECT AND APPRECIATION KEEP PARTNERSHIPS STRONG!

This is one of the reasons why we continuously give our best in supporting and promoting institutions within our communities. Beyond the work we do, it is encouraging to know that some institutions genuinely respect, value and appreciate our efforts, taking the extra step to reach out and say THANK YOU.

We will always commend institutions such as Krobo Girls' Senior High School (Presbyterian), St. Martin de Porres Catholic Hospital, Agormanya, Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School, Kpong, and a few others for their consistent recognition and appreciation of our contributions.

We assure these institutions of our continued partnership and commitment to telling their stories, promoting their achievements and projecting their positive impact in the best interest of our communities.

For us, it goes beyond media coverage. It is about building meaningful relationships, documenting legacies and creating lasting visibility for institutions that contribute to the growth and development of Krobo Land and beyond.

Attached is a recent Letter of Appreciation from Krobo Girls' Senior High School (Presbyterian), received just days after we supported and covered the official launch of their Centenary Anniversary Cloth and new KOGA Cloth.

We sincerely appreciate the recognition and look forward to doing even more together.
