Mirage Studios extends this formal communication to our cherished clients, partners, and the wider community to address a matter involving the use of images featuring Mr. and Mrs. Baiden in certain promotional materials. As a studio that places great value on mutual respect, trust, and the relationships we build, it is important to us that we speak clearly, sincerely, and with genuine consideration.
In recent days, we became aware that photographs of Mr. and Mrs. Baiden were displayed in advertising content linked to our studio. We would like to state, with clarity and respect, that the clients had no idea, prior knowledge or consent to use their image for advertising. We recognise that every individual deserves dignity, privacy, and the assurance that any personal image or moment entrusted to us is handled with care and honour.
The heart of our business has always been rooted in family values, community connection, and sincere human relationships. We fully acknowledge the importance of upholding these values at every stage of our work. The moment this concern came to our attention, we promptly removed the materials and began reinforcing internal measures to safeguard the confidence our clients place in us.
