I had the privilege of spending five days with Michelin-starred chef Anthony Sarpong, one of Europe’s top 50 chefs, during his visit to Ghana. It wasn’t about the kitchen this time, but about connection, culture, and shared moments.
Being able to show him a different side of Ghana taking him back to the roots and enjoying the richness of local food together was something truly special. Sometimes it’s not about fine dining, but about the stories, the flavours, and the people that make the experience unforgettable.
Grateful for the time, the conversations, and the memories.
