Artist and architect Stepan Zhuravlev .art unveils a limited series of abstract analog artworks, where the Tbilisi city buildings bifurcate not just in form, but in exposure — a duality captured on black and white film.

Artworks crafted without digital interference. Stepan’s process remains staunchly analog, from the manual development of each film to the optical printing of images using photo enlarger, all in collaboration with .filmlab team.

The exhibition will be hosted within the lab, seamlessly integrating into the everyday activities and environment of the space.

In upcoming publications, we will reveal the details of the project, the technical process of creating the artworks, and announce a limited collection of photo films dedicated to the project “BIFURCATION”.

სტეფანის პროცესი რჩება მტკიცედ ანალოგური. აბსტრაქტული ექსპოზიციების მიღებიდან დაწყებით, სურათების ოპტიკურ ფოტო-გამადიდებელზე ხელით ბეჭდვამდე ჩვენი ლაბორატორიის გუნდის თანამშრომლობით.

გამოფენა გაიმართება ლაბორატორიის სივრცეში, რაც შექმნის მის უწყვეტ შერწყმას ლაბორატორიის ყოველდღიურ აქტივობებისა და გარემოსთან.

მომავალ პუბლიკაციებში გაგაცნობთ პროექტის დეტალებს, ნამუშევრების შექმნის ტექნიკურ პროცესს და გამოვცემთ პროექტ “BIFURCATION”-ს მიძღვნილ შეზღუდული ფოტოფირების კოლექციას.
