Film & Digital coverage at Wonwood Barton
for the lovely L&A who were legally married a few days before at Trevone Church ( two incredible locations to photograph such a meaningful time ) I’m always a bit lost on what to say so I’ll let you enjoy the photos and just leave you with the knowledge that this day was the most relaxing, joyful and uplifting day to be a part of. I had the pleasure of seeing the fabulous NAUGHTY NONNAS create masterpieces of delicious food and couldn’t stop staring at the gorgeous flowers made by Robyn Elizabeth Flowers the colours were such a beautiful highlight to the day. Chelsea Burns | Bridal Makeup Artist | South west, Devon created a calm and beautiful space for the start of the day and the rest was all just a fast joyful blur L&A you both have so much positive energy the day had me beaming all day long, a real pleasure to capture. Wonwood offers so so so much I highly recommend to any couple looking for a hidden treasure.
I captured these few days I of celebrations on film and digital. The majority here are film because well they are always my favourites. To see a full album just send me an email when enquiring. Fancy both 35mm film & digital coverage?

Take a little peek into the preview gallery I’ve just delivered for my wonderful couple, M & J, at Weddings at Nancarrow Farm.

A day full of dancing and high energy 🕺🏼🤩The dance floor was packed, there were smiles everywhere, and I photographed a firefighter’s dress uniform for the first time! that pop of red against the Cornish countryside made this gallery so much fun to edit.

I genuinely struggled to choose what to share, so here’s a big carousel of some of my favourite moments from their day.

I realised I don’t share enough of my digital work on here, so keep scrolling to see how I blend the two. My galleries are typically around 20% 35mm film and 80% digital, giving you the timeless feel of film alongside the flexibility and coverage that digital offers. If you love the look of the first half of this carousel, it’s a great side-by-side example of how beautifully they work together.

My forever aim is to create images that match you, capturing your unique personalities through my eyes. The venue may stay the same but every wedding is so incredibly different and that’s what makes this job so exciting. It’s a new challenge to let you as a couple shine through the photos.

Safe to say I very much enjoyed making this collage 🥰 cheers to S&I who had such a vibrant and joyful day at Weddings at Nancarrow Farm . Fav part had to be watching the Ceilidh OMG what a vibe can’t recommend a Ceilidh enough it gets everyone on the floor and EVERYONE is having the absolute best time of their lives 🤩🤩🤩 100/100

Film captured the feeling of this day better than my words ever could, but here we go…

Much like the venue itself, this day felt calm, relaxed, and full of joy. You could hear the birds in the morning as Amy got ready, Emily’s flowers from framed every moment so beautifully, adding colour and life to an already special day.

Family and friends enjoyed the most delicious canapés beneath the white roses surrounding the barn, and we were lucky enough to have dry weather exactly when we needed it. Then came the surprise of the fabulous singing waiters, a moment that had everyone dancing, including myself and even the Nancarrow team (I’ll definitely be sharing more of that soon).

From start to finish, this day felt so special. I hope these images have captured that feeling for A&J to look back on for years to come.

I wish it was called a get to know each other shoot 🤣🙈 because ‘engagement shoot’ to me sounds like something daunting, big and dramatic. I remember thinking to myself does this mean a proposal is about to happen… no 😊 very much the opposite it’s a gorgeous way for us to meet each other before your big day, shake off those camera shy wobbles I at this point believe we all have inside us. A huge reason I wish cameras were more fun colours imagine a candy pink camera 😍 one day surely 🙏🏼. But yes back to it these sessions are a casual walk at the beach a chance to get to know eachother and have a fun play at some poses. I love these sessions so much so absolutely had to post this gorgeous evening proving summer really is on the way.

Manifesting another wedding at this unreal location I mean what a view! It’s almost as gorgeous as these two themselves Claudia & Dan pulling off the most iconic pose I have ever seen, directed in the moment by 😍 ( first pic if it really needs explaining 😂🤩🙌🏼 just wow ) can’t wait one day to go back here.
These photos are majority and one digital in there too oh and ofc my trust half frame 🥰

Happy 2nd Anniversary my
Only sharing these 2 years later because well
straight after = overwhelmed
1st year anniversary = Baby therefore overwhelmed 😂
So here we are 2nd time lucky and what an amazing day and honeymoon to look back on
😊💚🌅☀️🌊☘️🥂🦋📷🎞️🌸
Captured by my camera besties & entirely on ( are we shocked Nooooo we LOVE film and boy does know it ) having such a special day captured through the eyes of your friends adds so much extra meaning to each photo • I love them all you ladies are talented beyond words and I sing your praises from the rooftops, you guys are just phenomenal the food is insane !!!! Go to a Sunday lunch if you don’t believe me 🤤😍 and ofc flowers by the fabulous who I still watch on insta religiously, her work and passion to her craft is mesmerising. And a big thankyou to who came to spend a lovely chilled morning with us doing me/my ladies hair 🎀and a delicious cake I wish was available every day made by my wonderful mother in law Margaret 🍫🎂 the thought of a white wedding cake was never going to complete with my love for a proper chocolate cake 🙌🏼
Beautiful dried flowers mixed with tissue discs made by my mum from her beautiful garden 🌸 ( top tip to any bride the larger the surface area of the confetti the slower it will fall making more impactful images )
And my dress from I knew instantly which the favourite was because well it reminded me of confetti which to this day is my favourite moment of a wedding ever 🥂

I wish we could do it all again, thankyou so so much to everyone who helped make the day so special to us. And to my bridesmaid and family/friends for helping our dream of going to Ireland come true ###

Oh and for anyone still here and reading zoom into the pasta photo, still has me speechless we cooked a whole bag of pasta for dinner one night, we drained the pasta and there was a heart shaped pasta sat at the top of the pile how mental is that 😂
