A confetti tunnel is a spectacular way to celebrate the newly-married couple on their big day, with the happy couple emerging from clouds of confetti to cheers and applause from the guests.

I just love the natural light in this photograph. We had tried a shot at the other end of the sofa and it just wasn't working, so I asked Carla to relax on the arm of the sofa while I changed my lens, this was a ruse to put her at ease, she leant in and there was the shot, beautifully framed in the light pouring in from the round window behind me.

What a fantastic wedding at the amazing Larpool Mill where everything was kept on track by the wedding day coordinator Penelope Jayne who worked her magic - the sun shone all day, there was football, laughter, tears, more laughter, more tears, a game of Mrs&Mrs, more laughter and OMG the Pizza was exceptional - Congratulations Laura & Carla, you make an amazing couple. Thank you for allowing me the honour of photographing your wedding day.
