Where do I even begin with this session!? What a privilege to capture Dan and Niamh’s engagement • My heart was pounding as I hid waiting for their arrival and honestly didn’t stop for a good while after! I’ll forever remember this moment, everything in the world seemed to stop and it was a beautiful moment to witness and an honour to document. The biggest congratulations D & N ✨ Here’s to you 🫶🏻

Emma was absolutely amazing and her photos are beautiful!
I got in touch with Emma to capture our engagement and she was brilliant from the very start. She helped with ideas for where and when the engagement should take place in York for the best photos, contingencies for rain and was even able to give some contacts for people to organise bookings.
The day of was even better, Emma was incredibly discreet to help keep the engagement a surprise and then made us both feel very comfortable and natural in front of the camera, as we are not naturals normally.
