Last weeks walk from Horton-in-Ribbledale to Ribblehead viaduct. (tried to put in order).
Obviously, dramatic landscapes deserve animals. I wish I wasn't rushing for a train. Otherwise, I'd have had a train going across the viaduct, but alas, in traditional Jake style, I got a bird instead.

Kicking off the first of June with some York Pride photos!
I know it is completely different from my usual stuff, and honestly, I much prefer to work in low light conditions! But this was an interesting challenge for me, both shooting under the mid day sun and in throngs of people!

Well, as you'll all know by now, I'm useless at posting my own images on social media! But a couple of weeks back, I got the opportunity to spend time with Stained Glass conservator , learning about the process behind creating Stained Glass and how different styles were used around the city of York. If you find yourself in York, I would highly recommend Maddie and her tour! Check it out!

We also briefly discussed how, because silver nitrate is used to colour the glass, how it could potentially be used in plate photography - so hang about for that little experiment!
