Burton Constable Hall August Craft Fair!

🌧️ The weather isn’t looking too great for tomorrow, but don’t worry — our markets are indoors and dog-friendly! 🐶❤️

On Sunday, I attended a photo shoot that was far out of my photography comfort zone: people and equine. I had an absolute blast and it was just what I needed! After taking 1,906 photos, I have kept 377, with only 29 photos being posted (and a selfie with Raven). Some shots I would do differently, but overall I’m very happy with my 1st attempt

Last Tuesday, I went and bothered some family members at 5:15am just to take some photos of their resident little owl. They’ve always been elusive for me so I was very happy to see it in all its feathered glory. There also happened to be a few hares running around too! White-tailed Eagles near Strontian at Garbh Eilean Wildlife Hide. I watched as one of the eagles took a greylag gosling so it could feed its 2 chicks in a nest across the loch. I have seen a number of White-tailed Eagles whilst in the Hebrides and on the West Coast, but there are not many places you can stop and watch them when you have been driving.
