Much of today was spent with my camera, dodging the showers at the Steyning Bowl, Devil's D**e, and Shoreham beach. The light and clouds were truly amazing, and we had the lucky bonus of managing to stay dry. :)

Day 3 (21/05/2026) of my Loch Tummel holiday took us to Braemar. There's not a great deal to do there, but it is a pretty little hamlet and worth a wander. The Fife Arms Hotel is pretty impressive looking, especially with the liveried doormen. :)

Some final shots from day 2 of my Scotland holiday (20/05/2026), this time from the hotel grounds looking along Loch Tummel. After a grey, cloudy day, the sun was a welcome sight. 🙂

The second day of my Scottish holiday from Loch Tummel (20/05/2026) took us to Callander. The towns not my favourite place to visit, to be honest, so I contented myself with a stroll along the riverbank.

We did make a brief stop at Kilmahog to visit Hamish, the Highland coo beastie, and with the sun poking through on the way back to the hotel, I tried taking a few shots through the coach window. :)

I've been back almost a week from my Scotland holiday staying at Loch Tummel, and am now just getting around to sorting and processing my photos.

These are from my first day, 18th May, at the hotel, Perth, and the Scone Palace. It was a pretty damp, grey day, hence why I thought B&W might be best for some of the Perth city scenes. Let me know what you think.

The statue on the bench is of Catherine Glover, The Fair maid of Perth, created by the sculptor Graham Ibbeson in 1995. I admit to having a bit of Photoshop fun with this one. :)
