A little Sheffield Wednesday coincidence that I absolutely love.
Two consecutive captains. Two wedding anniversaries. The same day, five years apart.

Today marks 9 years for Liam & Beth and 4 years for Barry & Chloe.

I’ve had the privilege of photographing both of your wonderful families over the years, watching your stories unfold through family portraits and seeing the next generation arrive and grow. ❤️❤️❤️

Football is often measured in seasons, appearances and captaincies. Family life has its own milestones. The birthdays, the school runs, the holidays, the traditions, and all those seemingly ordinary moments that, before you know it, become the memories you treasure most.

What strikes me most about both of your families is that beneath the football careers, the leadership and the public profile are two couples who have built something far more important: strong, loving bond whilst having fun along the way.

Happy Anniversary to you all.

Last week, I discovered there are over 40 photographers in Worksop alone.

Without even checking, I can safely say I'm probably at the top end when it comes to pricing.

I'd like to think my work speaks for itself and helps justify asking you to part with a small chunk of your mortgage to help pay mine 😅

But I also want you to know something.

I never take your trust, your bookings, or your orders for granted. Ever.

Behind every session is a family who chose me when they had countless other options.
And that means more than you probably realise.

I genuinely love having your children in the studio. I love watching families grow. I love seeing newborns come back as toddlers, then return with younger siblings in tow. I love hearing life updates while we're choosing photographs.

As someone who always imagined having a big family around, you lot have become exactly that.

An extended family I've had the privilege of watching grow over the last decade.

So thank you.
