I hate having to do this kind of post but needs must 👍
As of yesterday people who are booked in with me will receive a message the day before your session to confirm you still want your session, if you do not reply that day your session will be automatically be given to the next person on the waiting list, and you have a high chance of missing out.
Multiple times now I have gone to peoples houses for their scheduled session and they either arn’t in or forgot about it and can no longer do it. This is unfair on me for numerous reasons AND other clients who are generally wanting the Christmas photos and are on the waiting list
If you no longer want your session that is absolutely fine pop a message and I can give to someone on the waiting list, don’t just ignore or mess me around. I don’t charge deposits as I’m a laid back person but This is my business at the end of the day and I have my own family to sort out to be able to do it
