A stroll on a summer evening when the sunset is lingering, David and Danielle took a walk out into the fields surrounding Hogarth's Stone Manor to take a moment before evening guests arrived.

Sometimes it's nice on the day to take a walk later on the in the evening to take some photos and have a breather from a busy day. Giving you a chance to have a moment together to chat and be just in each others company.

If you would like to take a walk with me and my camera to see some cows, watch a lovely sunset together or walk on the beach while I take your photos, I am pleased to say I now offer a couples portrait session.

Previously it has been something I only accepted based on requests. But I love doing it! So why on Earth have I not offered it before?

You don't need to have booked a wedding with me, or even be engaged. Sometimes we just need a record of our live that hasn't been taken on a smartphone.

Those pre ceremony moments hold the most magic. 🌿

The nerves, the excitement and the butterflies can really be felt in the lead up to the ceremony. To know your partner is nearby but (traditionally) you can't see them and you're both about to do this thing that you've been leading up to for months and months. It must be a little ungrounding.

That's why it's so important to surround yourself with your closest people on the morning. The people that can keep you calm in those moments of anxiousness.

Will and Kirsten had such a lovely, quiet, calm vibe in the build up to their ceremony. You just felt how excited they were to see each other again. ✨
