POV: you go on safari during baby season…🦁



🙋🏻‍♂️ Question: is there a baby season on safari? Yes - and no. So, big cats can give birth year round, but some predators - like Wild Dogs have a strict denning season (in the May—Sep).

Herbivores (like Zebra, Antelopes etc) also tend to have ‘calving (or lambing) seasons’ and in most safari locations this is at the start of the rainy season (which varies dependent on location) 🌧️
