📌 Valley of Rocks

Seems to be a yearly tradition of heading to Valley of Rocks, ended up being something a bit different this time with the recent weather, although it does show a smart contrast looking down through the valley with the greenery that is surviving!

I was lucky enough to be granted permission to fly on a recent trip across the Bristol Channel on the Oldenburg to Lundy Island and properly test out the recently upgraded DJI Air 3s!

Back at Croyde Village Sunday Market today, catch me there from 9:30 until 4 inside the village hall! 🏫

It’s also new drone day! 🚁 Been keen to upgrade for some time, fingers crossed I can take it for its first flight later! 🤞

Apologies it’s been a bit quiet, went away for a few days and moved house, so I’ve not been able to get out or edit some shots, so to celebrate the end of the 2025/2026 Premier League season this weekend, heres the stadium of the best team in England! 🔴

Don’t forget I won’t be at Croyde Village Sunday Market this weekend, instead I’ll be representing the very niche drone photography community at Connect and Create!

It’s a vibe you don’t want to miss, so make sure you wander in over to the Barnstaple Pannier Market from 10am - 4pm where you’ll find the place stacked with local creatives, banging food and a couple of genuine festival legends! 🤙

Here is the official floor plan ahead of Blossom next weekend!

We have a stacked event again, where we have divided the venue into two sections, the independent marketplace and the food/drink/live music area.

The live music stage will be set up and run by Sounds Plenty, where you will have performances from Bryony Faye, Marianne Joyce and a DJ session from Ben Reece all afternoon.

We also have Matt from Discovery Music bringing his record store to Blossom again, where he will also be spinning some eclectic tunes throughout the day at the opposite end of the market, meaning there will be music to enjoy everywhere you go!

The bar will be provided and situated in the middle of the market by our friends Olive Or Twist- Rolling Rum & Cocktail Bar, where you will be able to find everything from beers and ciders to spirits and cocktails.

Fresh coffee and bakes will be served up by Bake and Brew Bakery on site throughout the day too.

Street food vendors will consist of C&C favourites Sugba Station, Candys Cuisine, Fuse Box , The Garden Box and Pig And Olive Pizza!

The marketplace is full of creatives that will be bringing everything from jewellery, homewares and clothing to artwork, photography and ceramics, plus much much more to the day.

Please come along and support your local creatives next weekend, it's so essential to keep these events well attended and supported, as these are challenging times for a lot of people now and our community only grows when we stick together!

Blossom takes place at the Barnstaple Pannier Market on Sunday 17th May and runs from 10am - 4pm.

The event, as always, is free to enter and family/dog friendly!
