work is very creative and every photo session is unique and carefully planned. I have 3 children of my own, so I have hands on experience of working with children of all age ranges. Newborn session’s take place in your home. The session is never rushed and can last anything from 2 – 4 hours depending on your baby's mood on the day, feeding and posing and which session package you decide to select. The best time to photograph newborns is from 5 – 10 days after birth when at this time babies tend to sleep most of the day making it much easier to pose them. It is advised that you book well in advance to secure your booking but some babies are born earlier or later than their expected due date. I suggest you book a preliminary photo session date after your first scan and then contact me to secure your date within 2 days following birth of your baby. If you are having a C section then a date for your session can be confirmed in advance. A £50.00 deposit is requested to secure your photo session slot. Prior to your photo session, I will send you a small list of items to have ready and I will discuss clothing for parents/sibling(s) with you. There is no need to supply clothing for your newborn as he/she will be photographed unclothed or in a selection of props I will bring with me.
