Built during the last decades of the 18th century, this monastery is one of the most important pilgrimage centers in the southeast of Spain. Located a 19km trek from the town of Albox, locals, both abled and disabled used to walk and even crawl the long uphill 19km for pilgrmage each year. This is one of the largest monasteries in Eastern Andalusia!

Villa Cipressi in Varenna has a beautiful traditional villa feel and it had its own stunning botanical gardens with incredible views over Lake Como. I loved this stairwell inside the villa. Imagine a photo of a beautiful bride coming down these stairs! Wow! I have made this shot dark and moody as I love the way it has detailed the whole area. The room is actually very bright!!! You can visit Villa Cipressi, it's botanical Gardens, as well as and their beautiful botanic gardens for €15!!! Worth every penny!!!

On our last day in Italy, what better way to say goodbye to Italy than heading to Balcone D'Italia... or 'The Balcony of Italy. Like Juliet looking down at Romeo, the border of Italy with Switzerland is this stunning viewpoint overlooking Lake Lugano. The 'balcony' sits at 1,320m and is one of Europe's most spectacular viewpoints. It's about an hour's drive from Lake Como up through the tiny Italian villages located within the Alps.
