Heaven Sent Photography was created my myself Jo over 15 years ago with the arrival of my twin boys! It soon dawned on me that with my experience as a photographer it would be wonderful to share my creative talents with other families and record the many milestone moments which as parents pass us by far too quickly. This is when Heaven Sent was born and it has been the best decision in my career, knowing the passion and love I still have to this day for my work and my clients. One of my favourite things about being a photographer is seeing families return year after year..

This beautiful family trusted me to capture precious memories with their first baby, and now they’re back as they prepare to welcome baby number two! Their daughter was so gentle and loving with her mummy’s bump, already showing what a wonderful big sister she’s going to be, melts my heart 💖

As a mum, I know first hand how much their support means, still remember after 18 and 15 years how incredible the midwifes were during my children’s deliveries.
As a newborn photographer, I see the beginning of stories they helped bring babies safely into the world.

REM sleep is when Newborn babies start to go into a deep sleep, this happens on many of my newborn photo-sessions and most babies will twitch or smile within this sleep pattern, which for a photographer is the most adorable moment.. capturing these precious smiles in the first days of your little newborn babies life is magical for me and for the parents who will have these timeless portraits on their walls for many years!
