I’m sat holding my son in my arms, he’s 13 weeks old and I’m still looking at his features. Seeing how they’ve changed, trying to commit them to memory. I do the same in the rare slow moments with my two year old son too. I try to get the details their own photo for you to look back on when our memory fails as it will sadly ♥️ the bittersweetness of motherhood.

Gorgeous girl who I had the pleasure of photographing last weekend for a friend of mine 🥹

This is the little preview photo I sent her. More to come when her gallery is finished. I’m almost there.

I didn’t think I’d be back to work so soon after having my son however I just love what I do and couldn’t resist and didn’t feel tooooo rough. I think because I knew what to expect a bit more this time ♥️

Anyway, my books are open for this year, I’ve had some bookings up to September time so if you’re looking to get booked in this year it’s not too late 📸

I have a small studio in Wisbech, and offer in-home and outdoor shoots as well. I’m happy to travel to most places! And can do week days or weekends ☺️

I would highly recommend booking a newborn photographer because it’s taken me almost 2 months to get all of the photos I wanted to do when he was a newborn 😅

And I’ve still not done the ones of us 4 🤣

It tells a story anyway.

What did you find harder? 0-1 children or 1-2?

My little man when he was born in the hospital bassinet. He wasn’t far off the length of it! And he was so swollen. I couldn’t tell who he looked like for a few weeks until all his puffiness left and I saw a mini Asa (my husband) 🥹♥️

Of course I took my camera in to hospital.

If anyone would want to book a “fresh 48” photoshoot I’d be well up for that. So that’s a newborn photoshoot in the first 48 hrs of their life, usually in hospital.

Anyway, my next newborn shoot is coming up soon for a friend of mine. I can’t wait 🥹
