I truly believe in this sentence.

However, I am so grateful for being a digital photographer with the endless possibilities that editing raw images gives me in the editing process.

I love photographing outdoors much more than in a studio. Because I love how challenging and unpredictable it is. The Light changes every second, the clouds cast Shadows unexpectedly and on top of that I am focusing on my Models and making sure I get sharp photographs while they run everywhere unexpectedly 😅(as children do…)

It is amazing and teaches me real perseverance and patience every time I go for a photo shoot! 📸

When you hire a photographer you are hiring that person for the hour of your photo shoot and for many hours of afterwork that you do not see until your beautiful gallery is delivered.

Colour vs Black and White

For me it all depends what I want to capture.

If my aim is focusing on simplicity and on emotions, I definitely edit in BLW. But generally I am a “colour person” especially when it comes to photographing outdoors. Just compare these two photos and decide for yourself🙃

True story!

As a photographer I can never emphasise enough how important it is that we take proper photographs, not talking about the million snaps in our phones… who is actually looking through those millions of photos to save the few best ones? Who has time to do that? If you do, good for you 🙏

As a photographer, I make sure I take photographs of special occasions when everyone is enjoying the moment of the occasion - I blend into the crowd as if I was not even there - but it is so important that there is something left for the future of that occasion, in the form of photographs and the stories behind them. People can always tell their stories, but all those stories are better told when they are accompanied by photographs!

It is also easier to bring back the stories when you look through the photographs first…

And out children deserve this too! We are overloaded in the digital era and I cannot emphasise enough how important it is:

People!! Please make photo albums!! Please print those digital photos!!

Nothing compares to getting an “old” album in your hands… with a warm drink… with family around you and listening to all the stories that emerge from the photos and then are told to our children and their children and so on…

A very relaxed corporate event, where employees bonded, talked and danced and enjoyed themselves to the most!

Conrad provided the best music ever! I worked and danced at the same time!😀🙃😄

But what was really lovely that night, to get to know people and be a little bit part of their ”celebration”.

Corporate parties are so important!!! We are working with people during Monday to Friday and we do not always get a chance to have other than work talk with them. Let alone have time to get to know each other properly, other than being work colleges.

Corporate events and parties are a perfect opportunity to establish this. And a team works together much better in their normal day-to-day jobs when they know each other, when they have had a chance to bond as individuals as well. There needs to be opportunities for occasions where we all can just be ourselves and not only colleges to each other. Where we can share a piece of us with a friend. Then on Monday everyone goes back to work into their normal day-to-day jobs fully charged. Feeling like they are working with their friends rather than just collegues who hardly even know each other’s names.

Recipe for a team leader of a corporate company after they have found their hard working employees who match the criteria, look after them, care for them. Let them be themselves. Listen to them. Create opportunities where they can bond. Have parties. Have amazing team meetings that bring the team together as One.

as I have been lucky enough to have had the best team ever when I was a team leader in a corporate company. I forever treasure my team as we were successful together. My success as a leader depended on their individual success and their successes of leaders in their own little teams and they made me proud week after week! 🙏💖💖💖💖💖 and We smashed it all together! Then Celebrated all together💖
