Emily & Sam ❤️ These wonderful ladies run E.L. Fitness together, promoting positive mental health and physical wellbeing. It was such a pleasure to capture them both, not only for their inspiring message to other women, that they are ENOUGH as they are - but also, to experience their authenticity, their honesty and their beautiful bond. Two hard-working mamas, who aren't afraid to share their own personal battles, because they understand the strength in their vulnerability and the potential this has for others to connect and feel supported. I myself, as a woman still learning how to navigate motherhood, really felt blessed to share in their energy ✨️❤️
