To achieve the most natural portraits of children I find a relaxed approach in a familiar environment gets the best results. Photographic studio's can be cold, sterile and full of intimidating equipment which can make children nervous and uncomfortable. When children are photographed at home or at play you can really capture their spirit and character and create that perfect moment frozen forever

on film. My outdoor shoot package captures your child at play at a local park or location of your choice, giving a whimsical style that captures a child's natural sense of adventure and wonder about the world around them. For a personal home shoot I will create a natural backdrop in a familiar environment, keeping your child relaxed and at ease. I am also available for team sports portraiture, engagement shoots and pet photography.

It’s not just about beautiful images. It’s about the feeling in the room. The memory of taking that time in your newborn bubble, and trusting me to bottle that feeling forever.
📷 Experienced- baby will not only be beautifully photographed, but they’ll be safely posed too.
📷 Patient & calm- so you can take breaks for feeds and changes when needed.
📷 Immune to crying babies- so you don’t need to worry when they do!

Posed, prompted or candid? Which do you prefer?
I absolutely love a good candid! But you need to travel through the pose and prompt to get to it!
Posed shots are lovely for telling a story.
Prompts are great to relax your subject, but still keep it natural and authentic.
Candids are the golden unique moments that just show them as they are- bumming hilarious and unique!

I mean, we all totally love those first day of school shots outside your front door tradition, but Little Wonderland back to school shoots are a tradition of their own! Spending time to let your child settle in and show who they are, right now! Shot outdoors in Widnes, with a fine art style, but a modern candid vibe. I use props and nonsense to guide your child in to “poses” and reactions that are unique to them.
Fabulous fun every year!
