This is Hayley, founder of Hayley Hubble Coaching.
Hayley's business was born from a chapter of life that completely turned everything upside down. After having her first son during Covid, she returned to work trying to balance motherhood alongside a demanding career. On paper, she had flexibility. In reality, she was exhausted, overwhelmed and slowly losing sight of herself. Eventually, burnout led her to make the difficult decision to leave her corporate career.
What felt like the end of one chapter became the beginning of another.
Almost three years ago, Hayley started her coaching business to support women, parents and professionals through life's biggest transitions. As a mum of two boys, including a miracle baby after years of fertility treatment and loss, she understands first-hand how much life's twists and turns can shape us.
Hayley often describes her work as helping people through 'the messy middle' of life. That space where you've outgrown who you were, but haven't quite figured out who you're becoming. Whether it's becoming a parent, returning to work, burnout, redundancy, a career change or another major life transition, she helps people navigate change with more confidence, clarity and self-belief.
This session took place a few years ago now and was actually one of the first personal branding sessions I ever photographed. Hayley was such a joy to work with. She is warm, bubbly and full of energy, and we had so much fun throughout the shoot. I also loved the thought she had put into her outfits. Each one worked beautifully with her brand and helped create a gallery full of variety and personality.
