restless lens 57 Landscape, Portrait and Abstract photography My name is Robin Parker and I publish my Photography under the name 'restless lens 57'.

I have concentrated on Landscape since getting seriously back into photography in 2013 and, although I have the occasional foray into Portraiture and Abstract, love being out in the wilds of Scotland, endeavouring to capture it's charms. Night-time photography is a major part of my work as modern digital sensors allow not only the long exposures necessary but crucially the ability to check and cor

rect on the spot and the extra magic of quiet solitude under the stars in the great outdoors makes it the perfect combination for me.

Down on the rocks at Portencross this evening was so calm and quiet - away from the car with it's engine running in the carpark the whole time I was there.

Also a crop, showing the oddly long lasting wisp of smoke from the cargo vessel echoing the cloud hanging under Casteal Abhail in North Glen Sannox showing just how little wind there was right across the Clyde.
