Let's talk about the Oak House Museum 🏠 I'll start with 3 facts that I found whilst capturing these images! Ill try not to bore you 😂 Let me know what you know about this Museum. Have you ever stepped inside?

1. Back in 1634, the Turton family made this house their cozy abode. For over a century, it was their home sweet home.

2. Thanks to local architects Wood and Kendrick, the Oak House got a well-deserved makeover, opening its doors to the public in 1898.

3. Reuben Farley had big dreams of turning this house into his family's abode, but fate had other plans. His wife's disapproval led to a generous bequest, making it a museum for all to enjoy.

Once home to John Baskerville, now a city icon! 🏰 Baskerville House has quite the tale: from plans for a Civic Centre interrupted by World War II to its quiet years as offices. They even added two more floors and a king statue in 2010! 🌟
