“Why do you take so many photos?”
Because I can’t help it.
There has always been something inside me that reaches for the moments that slip through our fingers. A quiet need to hold onto them before they become memories. To preserve the laughter, the tears, the softness, the love. To return to them years from now and remember not just what they looked like, but how they felt.
I’m an empath, I feel life deeply, I feel the tenderness in those tiny fingertips as you gently trace every part of your newborn, trying to memorise the miracle you’ve created. I feel the tears welling as a father catches his first glimpse of his little girl on her wedding day, somehow even more beautiful than he ever imagined. I feel the joy of long-awaited embraces with family and friends whose presence means the world. I feel the breathtaking silence that comes with meeting your baby for the very first time.
I carry those moments with you.
Because one day, these fleeting seconds will become the stories you tell, the memories you treasure, the pieces of your life you’ll wish you could step back into, just for a moment.
That is why I’m here.
