A planning application (Ref: 6/2026/0108/OUTLINE) has been submitted for around 100 homes on Green Belt land north of New Road, Stanborough.

This proposal could impact:
• Traffic, parking and road safety
• Local schools, GPs and infrastructure
• Green Belt openness and countryside views
• Wildlife, trees and habitats
• Flood risk and drainage
• Neighbour privacy and local character

🗓 Deadline: Wednesday 25 February 2026

The council will consider residents’ comments when making its decision — but you must comment before the deadline. Individual comments carry more weight than petitions.
